Personal Trainers

Jake's been a great coach. i've been working with him since the beginning of Feb 21. over the course of the last couple of months, i've lost weight, and gained in fitness. Ive trained with Jake for a couple of years now and the results have been phenomenal. Not only have I noticed physical benefits but mental ones too. I started overweight and self conscious. I am now 8 stone lighter and a completely different person. Training with Jake has even inspired me to become a PT myself so I can help others the same way Jake has helped me. I would definitely recommend using jake as a personal trainer. He's helped me to keep toned and gain fitness. I'm really happy with the results from both PT sessions and weekly plans for when I'm training on my own. He's really got me eating better too and I'm definitely more health conscious now too. I first got in touch with jake to help me improve my muscle strength and to get a bit leaner. After chatting we decided that an online plan best suited me. Ive been following it now for about 4 months and just starting my 5th month this year. I follow everything set out for me in the weekly plans including the nutrition advice. At first I didn't use the supplements Jake recommended but then in the last 6 weeks or so I have been getting the products through jake and can already tell the difference. Great trainer, helped me firstly years a go get ready for a white collar boxing boxing match, I was a complete novice at the time. More recently I have linked up with Jake again for his online fitness programs. Its great having him to plan my routine and fit it around my lifestyle. The motivation he provides is fantastic too and is always on the other end of the phone if I have any questions. The weekly zoom check up makes sure I don't let myself down during the week too as I want to be able to show him good results. Initially wanted just to get a bit fitter and lose some weight. Jake started me off with this and when I got a bit fitter I asked if i could try some boxing stuff too. I noticed a big change in fitness and weight loss from this and think i probably should of just started with it. Been with Jake around a year now and still really enjoying it. As I have already mentioned, I believe every individual programme should be specific to that persons needs, goals and lifestyle. Which is why I will plan your weekly sessions to fit around your routine, and to target the areas which you both enjoy and those that are going to have the most benefits towards achieving your goals. I provide each new client with a questionnaire in order to find out more about you to make sure I can tailor your plan to make it specific to you.

I also offer a DNA kit which provides lots of information about your body that you may not even have known. This is the ultimate way to make sure your working the right areas and heading in the right direction. This goes for both your physical fitness but also your general health.

There are no short cuts to achieve this, ultimately it requires you to put the work in. However, there are certainly ways in which you can make it easier for yourself and I am more than happy to help you work towards this. With my person specific online coaching programmes which can include DNA kits to determine exactly what your body needs to provide you will start to make steps towards your goals from day one. I often find taking many small steps with a number of small goals is the best way to achieve your main goal.

I am enthusiastic about helping people work towards their goals. I love health and fitness as it is an integral part of my boxing career. I enjoy passing on my knowledge and watching other people succeed with that guidance.

I've always wanted to have work for myself providing services that I am passionate about. I also think over my personal career as an athlete I've acquired many skills and a lot of knowledge that can be passed on to benefit others. Its extremely satisfying to help somebody else achieve their goals and with this job you get to experience that regularly.
