Hi all, I would like to leave a 5* review for Jay, he’s been my PT for 6-7 weeks. I had little to no hope, purely because how I felt about myself. I was always really skinny and after I stopped playing sports I went up to 80.6kg which for me was a lot compared to how i used to look. I managed to lose 3 kg to 77.1 and then the struggle just carried on. Never had a PT and to be honest I couldn’t even point out what i was doing wrong. It felt that all that training in the gym and ‘eating healthy’ was just to maintain my weight. So i searched for a PT via google and Jay reached out. He was first monitoring me what i eat and what my habits are. I soon realised that I’m not eating “healthy” at all. Completely changed my diet and the way i work out in the gym. During them weeks Jay was very pushy but when i started seeing the results I understood why! I lost 4.5 kg in 6-7 weeks and i feel absolutely sensational!!
