Having worked as a Recruitment consultant for over 7 years I have extensive experience and knowledge of the entire recruitment process. I am highly experienced within Recruitment from candidate screening and selection to compliance and placing successful candidates. I have more recently worked in Recruitment roles that have required a deeper look into the process and how it aligned with the business needs. I have been responsible for producing KPI figures and presenting to board of directors to portray the outcome of the recruitment process and come up with solutions for how improvements can be made.

I have extensive experience in and knowledge of payroll. In the majority of my roles within HR and Recruitment I have been involved in the payroll process, including actually completing payroll on a weekly/ monthly basis, ensuring that staff are paid correctly in a timely manner.
