How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I provide one-hour personal training sessions in your own home or place of work. It is recommended that you do 2 sessions per week to gain the most benefit. Each client has a personal training program suited to their own abilities and goals. Most of the training is done using your own body weight and resistance bands. If you have exercise equipment at home, I am more than happy to incorporate this into your training program.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency is absolutely key to your success. Carrying out regular exercise sessions, eating healthy foods and changing your habits will guarantee that you will achieve your fitness goals. Besides providing exercise programs, I'm also an Advanced Clinical Weight Loss Practitioner who can best advise you on healthy eating to suit you and your circumstances.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing older women transform their lives and to make marked improvements to their physical, mental and emotional well-being. This all goes to helping them to enjoy a wonderful quality of life as they get older.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was 70lbs overweight and wanted to employ a female personal trainer who was qualified to work with older women. If she was older herself, and had struggled with her weight and fitness, then this would be a huge bonus! Sadly, I never found such a person. I'm pleased to say that I now offer this service, and I meet all of the criteria that I had been looking for, but failed to find!

I'm a perfect match for any older woman wanting to get fitter and to lose weight, as I have experienced and overcome the same struggles as you have. I am also now a fit and much healthier woman in her 60s. I know how it feels to lack confidence and strength to perform exercises that many younger trainers would expect you to be able to do. Not only that, but I'm good fun to work with!
