James was very helpful throughout the Planning process of our Extension, we could ring him at any time to ask any questions and he was always willing to help. Measurement between ceiling joists and ridge should be at least 2.3 metres. If head room is not adequate, ceiling may lowered, or in some limited situations the roof can be rebuilt with a higher ridge and a mansard roof.
