James was very helpful throughout the Planning process of our Extension, we could ring him at any time to ask any questions and he was always willing to help. If we wanted any changes made to our Drawings (there were a few!), he did not hesitate to get these changed straight away. Very friendly, happy and helpful and would recommend James to other people.
