What do you love most about your job?
I love dealing with different and varied briefs. Often it's a great and engaging 2 way conversation to help a client figure out what they really need in accordance with their budget.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom to manage my own schedule and operate customer success from the top down. It is difficult to know that when you work as part of a larger cog in a wheel as hard as you might try to please a customer there are often too many cogs or moving parts.
As a freelancer, I can ensure that I control and deliver a great product to my clients and can deal with any issues quickly and effectively.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am incredibly personable and always happy to hop on a phonecall/video chat. I'd be happy to visit and meet in person but this isn't always possible (in these current pandemic times!).
