Prior to contacting James Kristian with the view of selling a property, we had never had any contact with an estate agent so we were a little apprehensive, we needn't have worried. From the first meeting with Paul, our allocated agent, we were put at ease with his openness and honesty and so impressed with his knowledge of the housing market in the neighbourhood we decided to go with James Kristian. It proved to be the right move, so much so that the house was sold, subject to contract, within seven days, and that was even without a sign going up outside the property. With the help of the lovely Nicky in the office everything went ahead and we exchanged contracts within twelve weeks. i went to James kristian as i seen they had many property's in the area that i was interested in but because of my circumstances every other agency's was turning me away due to personal reason i had to move very quickly with hardly and money but it was a matter of urgency to fine myself and my two year old son a new home when i came to James kristian i was met with an amazing lady called autumn who did her up most to help me having some much consideration of how urgent it was there was so many things i needed to do and have and i was stuck in a catch 22 autumn went out of her way along side her other colleges and after a a stressful week and the staff of James kristian doing possibly everything they could do they found me a lovely new home and i could not be any happier i truly recommend anybody that needs help finding a property or selling a property to pay a visit to James kristian thank you so much i will be forever grateful xx
