I’m writing this review to comment on what a professional service Jay provided when we commissioned jam-AV to make some promotional videos for our organisation.

From the very first introduction Jay was incredibly approachable and took a great deal of time to understand our environment and clarify our key objectives.

When it came to the point that we started recording the footage with staff and ex residents at our location he made everyone feel comfortable. He was sympathetic to everyone’s individual circumstance and as a result during the interviews we captured a wealth of very real and honest material.

As the project progressed and we were deciding on the basic initial content to use, Jay’s offered guidance based on his experience which helped guide us through what material we needed to build the various types of promotional videos we were looking to generate.

The quality and honesty of the initial material that Jay captured helped tremendously when it came to generating the final videos, from the main promo film, short clips to use as Ads right through to the essential content for a short education and awareness film.

During the whole process as the video content developed he took feedback and continually validated his ideas with us so the eventual outcome was a combination of everyone’s input and really did hit the mark of what we wanted to achieve.

Since publishing the videos on our web site www.eshcommunity.org and Facebook most of the telephone enquires we receive all seem to mention the videos they’ve watched which helped them understand what we deliver and prompt their call.
