What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To limit contact with customers, the most important change made was to our estimating process.
We are trying to discuss and understand the project as much as possible over the phone. After discussing the project requirements, you will receive an estimated price over the phone.
If at the end of the call, the conversation we've had makes sense, we will book a time and day for a site visit. After this visit, you will be offered a fixed quote ( where possible ) for your project.
