Very poor experience with JAB Property Services. The work (replacement of decking steps) was booked in early May to take place at the beginning of July. As work was due to start, I was given different reasons as to why the work would have to be pushed back by a few days. This continued for weeks until I was told that work would be completed “if they had the time” and finally, that they would “struggle to fit this in anytime soon”. By this time, my steps had started to completely crumble, leaving my garden inaccessible from the house in what was the hottest week of the year. Not what you expect from a property maintenance company. Beware if you are given a date that is months away, as they are clearly overbooking, and underdelivering! More...

Jason arrived very promptly to give us the initial estimate. We had quite a big garden job that needed undertaking. He is very friendly, polite and helpful.
his prices are very reasonable.
On the actual work day, the weather was awful- freezing and foggy, but Jason and Mark worked really hard, despite this, all day until it was dark, to get it finished.
We certainly would recommend him, and are looking forward to working with him again very soon.

I would thoroughly recommend Jason.He's willing to fit in with what you ask him to do.
The bonus for me is that he takes the garden waste away,so I don't need to rent a Council bin.
