What do you love most about your job?
It’s building relationships with customers and providing excellent service when they are in need. Nobody is ever ‘happy’ about having a roof issue, but when we can resolve the problem and make the customer happy, it makes my job rewarding!
What inspired you to start your own business?
It has always been an ambition of mine to start my own business, now that I have two children to take care of it just seemed like the right time. I love my job so why not start up a business doing exactly that!
Why should our clients choose you?
My team and I are hard working and our greatest aim is to ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard. In the almost 10 years that I have been roofing I have never received bad feedback from a customer and never had to return to a job.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As we work outside that’s been a real positive for us throughout COVID! We always ensure we have our masks handy when interacting with customers and keep our distance where needed.
