I recently got J&A property maintenance to install a porcelain slab patio and replace the turf in my back garden. Their comms. Before and during were excellent and bent over backwards to accommodate various requests and were always helpful and willing to meet my expectations. I can honestly say Jimmy of J & A property maintenance has managed a superb job of treating the moss, washing off the dead moss and then after a day of drying off of the old tarmac surface then resurfacing the tarmac to as good as new finish.
He was very helpful with repairing some concrete edges and rejuvenated the Cotswold edge stones.
A great job, complemented by neighbours and it didn’t take long for others in the street to call upon his services.
I would thoroughly recommend Jimmy to help you with your drive problems.

3 very personable and very hardworking men. The job was to clear a very rough old lawn, level, put down new topsoil and relay new turf. They had all the needed equipment. They were punctual and carried out all the work as laid out exactly as in the quote. Everything was taken away and the place left neat and tidy.
