I was impressed with how John took time to carefully assess the work required, without trying to make the job any bigger than it needed to be .
He was able to source the materials and complete the guttering work within a day, and the quality of the workmanship was good, including a couple of tricky bits.
He's a polite, methodical guy who just gets on with the job with minimal fuss, and charges a fair price, with no nasty 'surprises' at the end.
