What inspired you to start your own business?

Fact finding, root cause analysis, chairing and mediation
With over 30 years of hands on management experience with a scope ranging from retail, industry, academia, healthcare, finance, IT and education I have conducted 100s of fact finding investigations be they HR related or following a critical/significant incident. I use cognitive interviewing as part of thorough and wide evidence gathering to triangulate the facts and identify root causes. I generate clear, concise, evidence based reports that make recommendations in line with your policies and procedures.
I additionally have significant experience in chairing committees and panels and use these same skills, when required, to enable mediation as part of alternative dispute resolution when requested.
