My bischon, Syke, was dreadfully knotted but Jo did a wonderful groom on her. I knew she would have to shave her but Skye still looked really pretty when she was finished. Would thoroughly recommend her.

I used to take my dog to the doghouse in eltham, but since they are often fully booked and there is a long wait to get a groom. I did some research and came across itchy amd scratchy the reviews looks positive... This will be my go to place to dog grooming from now on, the lady is very nice the price is good. And my dog got a lot of compliments on his cut, my family and close friends knew he was cut by a different place, and they said its the best cut he has had. What i really liked is the fact that she takes each dog as an individual into consideration. My dog often gers runny eyes and that creates clumps im the fur by his eyes and often hair is cut and irritates his eyes... but at itchy and scratchy the lady adapted the style to suit him and cut the fur around his eyes short. Great service from start to finish.
My dog looks great with his new haircut and still smells fabulous! I really like that Jo uses natural/cruelty-free products and gives a thorough clean and cut.
Would absolutely recommend taking your dog here for a treatment.

Great grooming parlour!My Dog Ruby came out looking spectacularly shiny and de furred!! Thank you ,My dog Ruby came to the parlour needing some serious De furring! When I collected her 2hrs later.... well what can I say? Ruby looked amazing!
