So far I've only ordered 16x 4MP IP camera's and a network video recorder from them but CCTV Suppliers UK have been top notch. The network video recorder was a special request which they did not stock but they happily sourced one for me from their supplier and offered me a very generous price on it. Excellent service, order received next day, no hassle, unbeatable price. I would recommend this company if your looking for CCTV and are willing to install yourself. It is all plug and play so anyone is capable as long as you can separate your males from your females =). There are a lot of companies selling the same or similar products for a similar price, but none that give you the service that CCTV Suppliers UK do. I indeed contacted a few of these companies for a bit of guidance prior to making a purchase and these were the only ones who took the time to explain any queries I had and gave straight forward honest advice. I made the purchase last week and had an issue with a NVR. I thought it must be down to the settings so I contacted their support team. Without any fuss they said that it sounds like the settings are ok and that I should send it back and they will exchange and refund the postage, or arrange a collection, which ever suits. I suggested that, so as not to be without a recorder, that I purchase another (I decided on a different model) and send the faulty one back (as it works 90%) when I have the new one. He then said he'd knock of a tenner and they would stand the postage as a gesture of good will.That to me is a truly professional company. One that knows how to deal with its customers when something goes wrong.I shall be using CCTV Suppliers UK for all my future purchases and strongly suggest you do the same. More...

I'm no relation to Ian but I'd had great service from CCTV Suppliers UK. From the enquiry stage, they checked my requirements and made some excellent recommendations. Dave was a great help.Installation of IP Camera systems can be tricky and the manuals from HikVision are not great. It's worth planning the installation carefully especially the network settings. I installed the system on a desk before climbing ladders and running cables.The HikVision Cameras are best installed with the Bases otherwise there is little room for the cables. I fitted without but resorted to using Jellies to save space.The images quality is remarkable and far exceeds many systems three times the price. Low light and night performance is also excellent.
