It was time to update our websites and put them on an up-to-date technology platform, refresh the content and the design and improve the on-line purchasing facility.

I had worked with IRUNbefore and had no hesitation in using their services again. They adopt a very collaborative approach and were able to incorporate our own design ideas with theirs. IRUN have been providing website support to Keates & Co website over 5 years. We approached IRUN with a view to updating the website and improving the underlying technology platform (so we are now running on WordPress). After an initial discussion with the IRUN team I felt comfortable to let them to take the project forward and involve me as necessary. We were primarily interested in IRUN's holistic approach, not just the website but also providing an overall service and advising us how to improve our presence online. There was lots of communication back and forth to make sure it was exactly as I wanted it and we now have a brand new website and achieved the main objective of a February completion, which is great. We were looking for support to help redesign our website and wanted to compare our existing supplier with alternatives and were recommended a couple of potential partners, once of these was IRUN. The thing which stood out from the very beginning was... They listened to us! From the brief it was clear we weren’t sure what we wanted but we wanted an information site not a sales one. The IRUN team have been incredibly supportive in the delivery of our new website. As a new business we had a very clear idea of the brand positioning we wanted to portray and is was critical to be working with a partner who could help bring this to reality.
