Jenny is an absolutely amazing florist and I am so delighted that I found her to do my wedding flowers. From the moment I met her I just knew she was going to deliver. She really listened to me and was so enthusiastic about my ideas. Thoughout the build up to the wedding she also gave me suggestions and helped me with how to decorate our venue, and supplied gorgeous fairy lights and beautiful vases. On the wedding day, the flowers were INCREDIBLE. They truly surpassed all of my expectations. My bouquet had been matched perfectly to the colour swatches of the bridesmaids dusky pink dresses. I couldn’t believe the effort that had gone in to it. And to say the venue flowers were stunning would be an understatement!. We had so many compliments throughout the day and continue to do so. Attended a wedding where Iris & Blue were the florists - all I can say is that the flowers were amazing. The brides had not just 1 , but 2 beautiful bouquets each ! (the event was spread over 2 days). The attention to detail at both the service and the reception was amazing, tying in with a Mexican twist there were even mini cacti on the tables ! Iris & Blue are really innovative in how they approach floristry and definitely don't do the usual run-of-the-mill stuff. What do you love most about your job?
Hi! I’m Jenny, former PR girl and owner and creative director of Iris and Blue.
Trained at the Jane Packer Flower School, flowers are my obsession. Meeting Brides and Grooms, designing inspiring mood boards, browsing and buying at the flower markets, discovering new varieties of flower and foliage, playing with different shapes and textures, creating all sort of different arrangements - soft and natural or slick and modern - searching for beautiful and unique vases and textiles, delivering the Bride bouquet....I just love it all, and I draw upon my passion to create bespoke florals perfect for YOUR wedding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My background is PR and Marketing and so events had aways played a big part in my career. I always loved the planning and set up of the events, being out of the office and doing more physical work appealed to me. For my own wedding, I just loved choosing the flowers, and I was inspired by our wonderful wedding florist (whom I have since collaborated with on many events) to set up my own florist business. I signed up for the Jane Packer career course and the rest is history.

I believe that my service is second to none throughout the whole process of planning your wedding flowers. I have bundles of creative ideas, I use the freshest of flowers, I tailor each floral arrangement to the Bride & Groom and their wedding and I will deliver in a timely fashion the most stunning creations for your big day. I have worked in many of the big central London venues such as London Zoo, Shoreditch House and Covent Garden Hotel. My flowers have appeared in aspirational Bridal media, including on the cover of Conde Nast Brides Magazine and on Rock My Wedding blog. I have many testimonials that you can read on my social media, my website and Google Reviews.
The Process
Before deciding if you would like me to do your wedding flowers, I'm happy to get together for an informal meeting to chat through your wedding and ideas. I can hear about your wedding plans as well as tell you how I work and offer some ideas and baseline costs. Should you want to proceed with me, I put together a brief of my understanding of wedding and your floral requirements ideas. Once this is approved, I put together mood boards for all of your floral arrangements with suggested flowers, vases and colour palettes. You can feed back to me on these until you are happy and at that stage I can give you a firm quote.
On the Day
I deliver all of the arrangements myself - some I will have prepared offsite, and depending on size I will do larger or hanging installations on site. Depending on the arrangement with each Bride & Groom I can return the following day to clear away the fllowers, vases, etc.
I also have a huge collection of vases for hire and I'm happy to source specific vessels/props if required.
