A healthy diet and lifestyle is essential to one's health and wellbeing. It protects against many chronic diseases. Adapted nutrition can help prevent so many illnesses and in other instances, also helps to relieve uncomfortable symptoms generated by illness.

We are what we eat!! What we eat doesn't just affect our physical health but it can also affect our mental health and wellbeing!

So it is important we eat well to live well!

Freelancing gives me the opportunity to work flexible hours, remotely (Mon -Sun), which has proven beneficial to many of my clients too.

I have over 20 years experience working as a qualified registered Dietitian both in hospital and in the community. During these years, I have gain hands on experience with a variety of medical conditions and unique client situations. I am capable of adapting nutrition advice to suit each client individually.

All my nutritional care plans are holistic, taking in consideration each client’s individual nutritional status.

All my services can be provided online/remotely, without affecting the quality of my service.

Clients are happy to choose online services as it’s convenient to them.

I use either Google Meet /Zoom/ MS Team /Telephone calls - depends on clients preference!

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
