Bereavement Counselling
My partner died after being told he ha d 6to 12 weeks to live. What a shock. Died at home in my arms, I turned to Simon almost straight away, beside myself. Found Simon to be easy to talk to, and knowing I could just tex him to talk .was a little wary with me agreeing to talk to a male and not a female. Made the right decision. Thank you. More...

Bereavement Counselling
I found my three sessions incredibly helpful. I was feeling at a bit of a crisis point in dealing with my grief, and Simon's support has made an immediate and lasting difference. He responded promptly, he listened well and patiently, he asked helpful questions and offered interesting perspectives, and he provided me with some emotional tools, which I have been able to incorporate into my grief process, and apply elsewhere too. It was much easier to talk to him online than I had expected, and he has a warm, positive approach. I recommend him highly. More...

Jacqueline Rowan
Therapist
Living with grief is emotionally very draining, I knew I had to find a way to help live with my grief in a manageable and more healthy way, so after trying a couple of councellors, which never improved my well being, I found Simon Bowmer, I can now visit different emotions, in a more manageable way, plus work full time and socialise more easily instead of hiding away, this is how my life will be now, and Simon has helped me get to a more positive step in my life going forward
