What do you love most about your job?
I love hearing about other people's experiences and perspectives. I believe communicating with others is so crucial for our mental well-being, so I love the fact that this profession is all about communicating and relating to my fellow human beings. And I love relieving people's suffering and supporting them to find a happier way forward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am motivated and have run businesses before. I like to be in charge of how I spend my time, and not have my hours dictated to me.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I have a deep understanding for people's different experiences and feelings, and my clients feel understood, not judged, which really facilitates openness and honesty- which is essential in therapy. And I have an excellent track record for helping my clients improve their lives.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am currently offering a remote service to protect clients and myself, but will resume seeing local clients face-to-face once we are allowed and providing it is safe to do so.
Psychotherapeutic counselling
Using a variety of approaches (person- centred, CBT etc), I work with the individual, according to their own priorities, personality and needs. Empathic, experienced and non-judgemental, this type of therapy can be life-changing.
