Myself and Marie Jones who I met through Inspire made a pact on April 16th. This was to attend the gym 3 times a week and ban chocolate, crisps and takeaways. We attended our first session at 6.00 am in the morning, thinking no one would be there. To our surprise there was a full class, we nearly died and wanted to do a runner. But 12 weeks on between us we’ve lost 48lbs and 22 inches. Thank you so much Sarah and Baz for all the encouragement given to us during the 12 weeks and all the members for your warm welcome. This gym and all the lovely people who work there and attend have changed my entire attitude toward exercise. I have never felt this motivated to even get up in the morning. The welcome at every class is genuine and everyone in class is of different abilities. The support is second to none and there could not be a better name for the gym. They really have inspired me! While away for 2 weeks, I missed them all more than I missed my dog! If you ever thought "I can't join a gym, look at me!" Think again! This is the place for you. More...

Inspire is the right name. Ive been going for around 4 weeks and the encourgagement and coaching you get is second to none.
From the PT instruction to the classes, Ive thoroughly enjoyed. All members are very friendly, a gym for any size and fitness level.
