I have recently received a zero balancing treatment from James. I didn't know anything about zero balancing. James has held a beautiful and very safe space. It's difficult to describe what has happened, but I felt I was touched just where and how I needed to be touched and he very intuitively supported me to re-connect my own energy flow. Thank you!! When I went to see James for Zero Balancing I did not know what my body needed, just that it needed something other than what I was currently doing. James is an amazing therapist who held me through the process of connecting with my body and myself again. I felt grounded, held, supported and heard; James intuitively knew where the locus of my healing was and guided me to it in a very gentle and compassionate way. Having worked with James and received many fruitful and very dynamic exchanges of ZB (zero balance) I can only say that through James offering me a space to step into and holding that space with grace and attention of focus that the very expanded state of being and structural opening has really helped me to work with deep seated personal growth barriers I had put in my own way. I received several zero-balancing sessions from James during his training in this interesting approach to wellness. I entered the process with an open, but somewhat skeptical mind. Very pleased to say I had my skepticism blown away - this really works, and in a much deeper and more holistic way than I expected. The physical benefits were immediately apparent. I love helping my clients become true to themselves and working with my hands. The best part about my job is that I am able to combine the two!

I was amazed that through body-based therapies I was able to access parts of myself that I thought I had dealt with, but in actual fact hadn't. The turning point was uncovering all the emotions relating to childhood sexual abuse. I had carried all that pain for all those years without realising! As a result of going through that process, I felt so much better in every way. It gave me a sense of purpose too: to help other people like I had been helped.

You should only choose to work with me if it feels right for you.

Yes, although I'd much prefer being able to work with you in person.

- Masks and hand santiser available upon entry.
- I wear a mask at all times.
- Fresh air: the window is open at all times, except in winter when it is opened before and after the session.
- 30 minutes between clients to ensure the room is cleaned after each one.
- Skin contact kept to a minimum.
- Online consultations before meeting in person, including a Covid questionnaire.
- The premises is cleaned more regularly.
