What do you love most about your job?
I love the combination of working with a variety of businesses and helping people on a personal level. I get great satisfaction from seeing someone's mood change from despondent to energised and full of optimism and self-belief. And when this is then substantiated by significant financial growth it's even better.
I come from a business background and I really enjoy seeing businesses flourish with my help. I like the creativity that's needed to find different markets, products or ways of marketing, as this keeps things interesting. There's never a dull moment in the life of a business owner!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help people be happy and successful at work, whilst having total control and freedom over my own business. For me it's the perfect combination of doing business and helping people.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients choose me because they get inspired by my energy and my creative ideas. They know I'm non-judgemental yet honest in my feedback, and that I know my stuff. I'm also a real coach and will never tell people what to do, but instead help them reach their own conclusions, which are so much more powerful than anything I could come up with. If you're looking for a very personal, non-formulaic approach that will leave you feeling happier and more successful, then you've come to the right person.
