In this introductory coaching session we'll discover more about you, and your goals and dreams, what makes you tick, and what's standing in your way.

I believe everyone has it in them to be the best version of themselves they can be. If you're not yet living life they way you'd like to, let's look at what's preventing you, and create a plan together to see you succeed.

Following from a discovery session, this breakthrough session will be custom planned for you and your needs.

A breakthrough session will benefit anyone who's experiencing a limiting belief that's holding you back, unwarranted emotions causing you distress, or patterns of behaviour you wish you didn't have.

Allow between 60 and 90 minutes.

Life coaching works at it's best when you commit to a series of sessions, which can be on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, with a minimum of 3 to effect real change.

A session would include the opportunity to discuss your current situation, where you are now and where you want to be, then together we work on the plan to take you there, and overcome the blocks in your way.
