Event planning/organizing/managing:

• If you are planning to host a party regardless of season, location or environment we will help you select a chef/caterer who reflects the type of food you are looking for.
• We will help you plan the theme, style, dinner table design and surrounding furniture layout according to your ideas.
• We will help you source a marquee hire company, a florist and any other production related service providers needed for your overall party requests.

Front of House hospitality host/Formal Butler - (private or corporate):

• You might just need us to help supervise, liaise and coordinate all your existing service providers or a team of staff during a corporate event, private party, exhibition or conference to ensure all runs smoothly and according to your high standards and set timetable.
• This could be during a wedding, a corporate reception in a public venue, looking after your VIP guests in a hospitality box during a variety of sports events, fashion shows or simply as your personal Butler during a private party at your house.
• We've also worked abroad with event catering companies and party planners during large multi-day events and accompanied private clients on their business trips as their private Butler managing their daily meetings and client entertainment.

Consulting:

• In the past we've helped High Net Worth clients source and purchase complete dinner service silverware and cocktail making equipment for when they entertain VIP guests in their house.
• We also collaborate with business meeting room facilities in Central London and can organize the catering and refreshments for your meeting as well as any technical office equipment needed.
• We helped train, develop and structure a high profile household's in-house staff team to adapt and tailor their services according to their principal's needs and requirements.
• We will help you source music entertainment or artistic performers for your party whether it be a DJ, a string quartet, kids face painting, magicians or top flair performance cocktail barmen.

And just to tell you a bit more about our director and founder of the company Dimitris Dimadis, below is a brief introduction.

Having been formally and comprehensively trained as a Butler within a 5* Hotel, Banqueting and Fine Dining environment in the first 10 years of my career (1989-1999), I was able to use that experience and skill in my management approach to client customer services during my spell at City of London Law Firms (2000-2011). Absorbing the experience and feedback from each event to improve the next and constantly being innovative, creative and client focused resulted in wide professional acclaim throughout the industry, both for my employers for hosting brilliantly well organized client functions, but also for myself for making it all happen.

In mid 2012 I felt the time was right to take the bold step into entrepreneurship and I created my own company, Infiniti Catering & Event Management Limited. www.infinitievents.co.uk
