In Motion is a space that encourages movement - ditching the conventional gym formula: restrictive machines and wall-to-wall treadmills, allowing for a more creative and open training space. Our studio houses a range of different specialised equipment, taking inspiration from many practices - from gymnastics to weightlifting, yoga to athletics - to create a space of unlimited potential and creativity, favouring compound, multi-planar movements allowing muscles to work together effectively for greater strength and muscular efficiency.

Awesome facility to train at! Mal and Will are great coaches and really know their stuff. Would definitely recommend In Motion to anyone in London looking for a slick new place to train.

Had one-to-one personal training sessions with Will at his studio. Really great to work with Will - he's a good motivator, knows what he's doing, really worked with me on my targets and was flexible in the sessions. Really pleased to reach my targets and also got some great tips and skills that I can carry forward. Studio is a great place as well, nice to be able to train somewhere a bit more private with good facilities, really convenient location. More...

I offer bespoke training plans to suit each client's goals. I have completed courses in kettle-bells, TRX, Circuits and boxing for exercise. I have also undertook two progressive calisthenics (bodyweight training) courses. Successfully completing the level 4 Obesity and Diabetes course has also given me important information regarding nutrition as well as the skills to train clients who may be obese or have high blood pressure. I have had over 3 years experience training clients from a variety of goals from losing weight to building muscle, as well as helping clients learn handstands and muscle ups, improving form with squats and deadlifts as well as assisting injury recovery and improving mobility.

Hard work, commitment and consistency. It's important to be patient and make healthy long-term lifestyle changes.

In Motion is a private studio with a friendly atmosphere and conveniently located near Chalk Farm Underground Station. We offer bespoke services tailored to your needs be it weight loss, building strength or learning a new skill. I personally have had 3 years experience of personal training helping clients lose weight and live more healthy lives. I also specialise in bodyweight training and have helped both male and female clients learn new skills such as handstands.
