Arrived 1 hour late, did not have any of the required tools with him as was previously discussed and after 10 minutes of complaining was asked to leave. hugely oversold themselves when reality was he was unprofessional, unprepared and seriously under qualified. Company was made aware of late arrival due to train problems, complained about being behind in workload due to previous workers walking off the job and that tradesman drill would not be able to get as much done as he wanted. Tradesman was asked to leave after asking for assistance to carry plasterboard . Company also complained about the amount and VAT he was being charged which did not reflect our charges. Being that no work was undertaken, we resent the unprofessional, under-qualified and oversold comments and do not feel they reflect the true picture of events. In-Ex Fixtures request that you do not rely on information contained in this review and that it is intended for misleading and malicious purposes only.

We realised there was a gap in the building services trade, each tradesmen providing individual services, so instead of customers shopping around for several tradespeople, 'all trades under 1 roof' would be a better approach as we entered the millennium.
