I have to thank Anni at In Bloom for my amazing wedding flowers! My story is a strange one, in that I didn't actually book my flowers with In Bloom. Stupidly, I found a "cheap" florist and thought "how wrong can flowers go?!" When the day came and my flowers were delivered I was devastated, they were not the right colour, the flowers used were not the ones I had discussed but had some varieties substituted and on top of that, they were poorly put together and I was totally not impressed. Ok maybe that's an understatement. I had a bridezilla moment and ended up in tears!!! My bridesmaid stepped in and started to call a couple of local florists, close to the venue to see if there was anything they could do... After a couple of "nos" we struck lucky with In Bloom. Anni listened to our problem and even though the flower market was due to close, she phoned and they stayed open while she rushed there, collected replacement stems and then came to the venue, took my bouquets apart, replaced the main flowers with ones of the correct colour and removed the ones I disliked completely!! What more could I ask for? Once put back together they were of a noticeably neater and more professional finish! I was so pleased! I honestly could not believe my luck that I had managed to get someone to help at such short notice! I found out that Anni had also had to postpone a meeting with a potential bride re wedding flowers - I really hope they were understanding and if any future brides were thinking of using In Bloom I would say do not hesitate!!! The care and attention to detail is amazing and Anni is truly lovely! She completely saved the day! I just wish I had booked her from the start! More...

If you are looking to purchase flowers but would liked your bouquet spiced up, then you may want to visit 'In Bloom' because their knowledge and know-how about beautiful flowers. They have stunning bouquets which I know anyone would love to receive. The owners of the In Bloom florist are super cool and help you to decide on what's key on trend in regards to types of flowers. Also, what I love about this florist is that they go with the seasons and this is what makes them special in my eyes.A small establishment, it's owned by two people who really have a passion for flowers.I bought a bouquet here for my Mum's birthday, usually when I buy her flowers they are not cheap and this place is not the cheapest of florists. I'd say it's potentially one of the most expensive florists in Birmingham......yes that's right!! In Bloom are an independent florists consisting of just two people - Kate and Anni. Their flower arrangements are stunning, and always try to incorporate different/unusual flowers within their bouquets. They're also super knowledgeable about all things flower-related, and it's not just demonstrated in their keenness to include seasonal flowers within their work, but also through their recent development of running workshops from within their shop. Workshops are usually a one-off afternoon or evening, and could cover anything from looking at creating bouquets, to more specific occasion arrangements like weddings. Their flowers are not the cheapest, but by supporting them you know you're purchasing high quality flowers that won't wilt or droop 10 minutes after you get home, and there's not likely going to be any green manky goo on the stems. The two of them are super friendly and helpful, and if you've got an idea but can't quite explain it (perhaps you don't know the name of the flowers you like, or are just stuck for ideas?) then they will help you out and make you feel looked after.
