Having worked in the fitness industry for close to 20 years, Imran has substantial experience and competent knowledge of body fitness working with a broad & varied client base ranging from a general health and fitness programs to helping a client recover from a terrible car accident which had left him with little to no mobility.

I first met Imran when he was working in the gym in Southgate about 3 years ago. At the time I was training for the London marathon. Imran was very supportive and encouraging on my journey. He has been my personal trainer for the past two years and he is different from some of the trainers I have trained with in the past. His workouts are never the same or boring. I have done 4 sessions with Imran so far. He is a very professional Personal Trainer. Before I started my lesson, I was so bored with the same old workouts but my motivation came back, thanks to Imran! Q&As

The first step is to look at their goals and work out where they are in relation to where they want to be. Imran also looks to the "why" they are aiming for the intended target.

Once this is determined, the next step is to break down the steps it would take to get there and make smaller "stepping stone" goals, that make your overall target achievable. Imran likes to look at ways that you will enjoy and aim to use exercises that you are happy to perform.

Imran likes to use boxing circuits and pad work as this usually helps the individual to de-stress as well as making it fun and enjoyable, however it is all dependent on the clients needs and goals. The client will also be held accountable for their daily actions to help keep them on track. Imran believes " what gets measured, gets achieved".

Ultimately the secret boils down to hard work, dedication and knowing your big "WHY".
If your "WHY" is big enough then getting to the body of your dreams is only a few steps away!
However, if you can get to a place where you're happy within yourself and health and fitness plays a good part in your life then you have already reached your goal.
