I can only echo all the other positive comments. My first contact with Bryant was over three years ago, when I was looking to build upon the basic exercises I had been given to help with back pain. One of my better decisions! Bryant's ability to assess the problem and then produce a programme of exercises and advice to resolve the issue can't be underestimated. My posture has vastly improved and daily movement is now better than it's been in years. The workout sessions are always enjoyable, with room for a laugh too. I invariably end each session with a sense of achievement and that has to be down to Bryant's encouragement and skill to get the best out of me and, I'm sure, his other clients. More...

I once said I felt honoured to be one of bryants clients. Change of venue for pt sessions and I still feel honoured. We've had a few health issues but all pt sessions awesome and I enjoy every minute I'm there even though I don't look like I have after an hour. Mentally and physically positive about myself now too. I have been going to the fighting for abs class Bryant has been running since January. It's a great class - working non stop for 45 minutes with boxing and ab work - I am definitely feeling the effects after the class each week! He makes sure the class is different each week with a good variety of different exercises. Recently I hurt my back and Bryant has been brilliant with providing alternative exercises ensuring I can still take part in the class and get the best out of my workout without risking hurting my back! I’ve been to fighting for abs with Bryant for 5 weeks now and love it. The class is varied, fun and I get loads out of it in just 45 minutes so I’ve got no excuse to not go! Bryant also keeps you really motivated throughout the week and I can use what I learn in the gym or at home and can always ask for any advice. I've been pting with Bryant for a few years now and he's amazing!! He got me into shape for my wedding day, helped me with pregnancy workouts and to get my body back after having a baby, and his latest challenge was getting me fit for my first marathon! Training sessions are never boring, he always chucks new exercises into my programs and pushes me to achieve the best I can do. Bryant is hands down, the best pt I have ever worked with. He is super attentive and has pushed me to sculpt my body like never before. My training is perfect, my diet plan is on point. The proof of the pudding is in my body shape, it shows in the changes to my muscle, body fat as well as weight. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We sit down and have a chat about what you want and make a plan. Train hard, if something doesn't fit, it is swapped for something more suitable.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Balance!!!
Getting a good balance and not have a super strict approach helps massively. If you hate what you are doing what is the point, you have to enjoy and love what you are doing.
What do you love most about your job?
Everything. It does not feel like a job to me. It sounds cheesy. However, I truly do love waking up every day to help people achieve their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I just love training and the science behind fitness. Couple that together with my love for helping people and it just made sense to become a personal trainer.

I am flexible, driven, can push you further than you realise you can go, but I am also very fair and love having fun whilst doing it.
