Chris the engineer was incredibly helpful and after a site visit which lasted a good couple of hours, came back to me with lots of helpful suggestions and options on how I cold proceed. I received excellent service and advice for a project which would have been severely delayed without an update to approved plans I had submitted, which were not detailed enough to incorporate an extension to the existing project and further approval by the Council inspectors. Mr. Kamal was professional and caring and responsible to act both as agent to my work and to step-in to progress the work with calculations and report without adding significantly to an already over-extended budget, and at short notice! I cannot thank him or his team enough - I cannot praise them enough. They were up-to-date on current building regulations and were prompt enough to salvage a project which would have been doomed to delay and failure. Very friendly also! Long story, we needed a beam calculation at desperately short notice. Chris at imperium insisted he needed to visit the site and so made his visit on the weekend. He was right to insist, we have other issues that we had not seen and were able to rectify before serious issues arose. Recently noticed some cracks appearing at our mid terrace and have been concerned. Was also worried about finding a structural engineer online, but found Chris. He was quick to reply, came promptly and gave a good honest professional opinion during his visit and in his report (within days).
