My wife and I used Imperial Visas back in 2015/16 for the first part of our Spouse Visa process along with my stepdaughter coming from Cuba. The process back then was made easy, so it was only right to use them again.We weren't disappointed as Ali was very professional, kept us informed the whole way through the process. If there was anything we didn't understand then we dropped him an email and got a very quick response. The process had changed slightly which meant that my wife and stepdaughter had an interview for the biometrics in London. Ali organised the date, met us outside and did all the leg work, explained the procedure and process. Both my wife and myself felt relaxed knowing that Ali was taking care of everything. That was the 02.05.19 and today 24.06.19 we received and email from Ali with the confirmation, reference the visas and the BRP Cards. What can I say. Well first of all Mr Ayaz Ali is the best. Seriously he goes above and beyond to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. My wife has used him since day 1 and Ayaz has guided her through the residency card, ILR and finally the passport. We just received the good news a couple of weeks ago that my wife had been granted her citizenship and 10 days later she is holding her new British passport. I arrived at Imperial Visas with quite a complex issue as I was not a British Citizen, but was born in the UK. During my free consultation with Ali, he asked me for as much documentation I could provide that pertained to my issue. Originally I was planning on applying via Naturalization, which had no guarantees and would cost me upwards of 1500GBP just to apply. Ali quickly suggested that we apply directly for my passport, and that him and his staff would create a cover letter and walk me through the application process, which was only 80GBP.
