I have never been a gym person. I have never been an exercise person. I started coming to Impact to bring my son to the Tiny Warriors class on a Monday in July which he loves. Since then I have been coming to classes myself as this is the first and only place I have ever been where it feels like I’m welcome. Literally starting from zero fitness or exercise routine in my life.. the trainers here and classes run are amazing and everyone is so supportive of each other. Thank you all! Only joined last November and after a few weeks I became addicted! Impact is not only a gym but full of motivational, enthusiastic and very dedicated people where you feel welcome and part of the team, no matter of your shape or body or ability. Soeli, Jake, James, Becky & Paul on the morning classes are literally killing us every day and I'm even more waiting for the next session to come! I just wish I heard about the existence of this brilliant place earlier, even our kids enjoy the athmosphere when we need to bring them in. My partner and me, we joined a year ago. Although we were used to train in other gyms, here we found a great family and community. We were new in town and they are so approachable. And after two, three months I was in my best shape and fitness level ever. Now, we go to train with our little baby which is a big relief as most gyms don't allow babies. I started coming to impact around 2 years ago after having my little boy with the goal of losing the baby weight for my wedding. I had been to a couple of gyms before but never stuck at anything for more than a couple of weeks. Impact staff and members are so welcoming and friendly and really helped my learn to love fitness something I thought I'd never say! The staff are so knowledgeable and always willing to modify exercises to suit people's ability and have helped my continue exercising now I'm 6 months pregnant with my second child! I've noticed a real change in my strength and fitness since coming here and feel much better after a workout. There is a real family vibe and children and adults are all welcome. Sign up!
