I started training with Jason back in May 2022 and not looked back. I was apprehensive of working out again due to back and leg issues, but I made the right decision, employed the right personal trainer and Jason has helped me restore my confidence, transformed my body and mind, helped with my back and leg issues with suited exercises and stretches.
I cannot fault his method of training, with his personal programs & nutrition plans and that comes with his additional knowledge and wealth of experience in all areas.
Jason has certainly not failed my expectations on my journey, he has pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of and I still continue….. amazed and so grateful for all his continued help.

Jason has been a fantastic trainer over the past few months; helping me understand the basics in a safe, efficient manner and gradually challenging me session after session to improve. It’s no secret that having the body of dreams it comes down to a few things really.
Dedication - When working towards your dream body focus on all the wonderful things you will gain in the process such as energy, confidence, feeling healthy from within, reducing the risk of disease. The benefits are limitless

Health eating - No, a good diet definitely doesn’t involve starving yourself! Crash diets are something that should be avoided if you really want to achieve long-term results. It will definitely rid your body of fat, but you’ll also lose all muscle, feel weak and look tired. Instead, make sure to provide your body with enough nutrients and give it plenty of fuel. A good and clean diet will give your strength to work out, it will speed up your recovery and allow you to build those lean and sexy muscles and curves! Also, don’t forget healthy snacks! They will prevent overeating when you get to your meal and provide you with a nice pick-me-up throughout the day.

Mental well being - First thing when you wake up, look in the mirror and focus on everything they currently love. A line on the side of their arm, the shape of their hips, etc..Yes! This does work. For some it may take a little time to get their heads around it but when you focus on what you love you get more of it and you also learn to live in the moment. Be grateful to your body for all it does for you!

Hitting the gym- Health eating might be the most important step towards getting a perfect body, but you also must hit the gym! A mixture of cardio and weight training will give you those lean muscles and make you feel strong and fit

you get to see people blossom. I am not just talking about physical changes but mental changes too. To me there’s much more to PT than getting a 12 week transformation. The ‘before’ and ‘after’ pics are a just a small snapshot.

To me it’s about empowering people, letting them know that they can achieve their goals, and supporting them with a kind and caring approach. When a client becomes empowered their transformation unfolds and their life changes enormously – not just looks and health wise but confidence, career, personal relationships, etc.
