Don't know what some others reviews are talking about, the technician Charlie who came out to fix my iPhone was prompt and courteous. Screen was replaced in no time, and he made sure to fully test it to make sure there were no problems once he left. I broke my iPhone 6 plus screen and called ifixed, they where with me within the hour and I had my phone back working 30 minutes later.
