Unfortunately Maz A who wrote a lovely review about Ideal for his Dad has missed out a few details. Firstly there was 2 jobs to do and we completed one of them to a high standard and Afurz was happy with the job and that’s why he paid us, NO money was asked for he offered as the job was completed. The seconded fencing job we couldn’t do straight away and Afurz Son was told this as we had too much work on and there would be at least a mouth or 2 wait before we could fit this in for him and would be best to get someone else if the timescale didn’t suit them! But he wanted to wait as we was highly recommended to them from a family friend who I still do a lot of work for and will carry on doing work for to a high standard.Also we did for FREE a clearance of the bushes so the fencing could be erected and fitted a new post all for free. On top of all that Afurz did not have any of the correct materials needed, we was sitting around waiting for nearly 2 hours for Afurz to come back with what was needed so a job that should have taken 5-6 hours took 9 but it was all done with a smile.I apologise for any mixed communication between Afurz and his son but we was clear on our situation. I want to wish Afurz all the best and hope you get your fencing put up soon. The Ideal team built a medium size extension we over ran by a week or 2 due to bad weather and late delivery's.Other than that the job went smoothly and there was great communication between my self and the Ideal team. I would have them back and I would highly recommend. More...

Tony and this team laid me 70 sq mt of sand stone and built a beautiful garden wall.I have to say the patio is better than I could have hoped for Tony was so lovely and polite I have asked Tony to price up for some more work I need doing and I would recommend Ideal property maintenance to anyone.
