The sessions I have had with both Dannii and Ian for kickboxing have been superb! They both have excellent knowledge and a great ability to break down techniques into easy to understand steps. My kickboxing has improved greatly and I recently achieved my orange belt thanks to their help. More...

I've known Ian and Danielle for many years now. They have always been a very hard working couple that continue to expand their knowledge and skill set.

I started working with Danielle as I needed guidance with my food intake. I was training at the gym regularly, but wasn't eating the right foods to fuel the hard work I was putting in. Danielle was able to steer me in the right direction that suited my needs, without making me feel guilty about the choices I had previously made. With her wit and friendly demeanour, our sessions together were very comfortable and enjoyable.

Before and during my pregnancy, I was having regular 121 sessions with Ian, who helped me pass my Red Belt in Kickboxing, with a 98% pass. His relaxed, yet precise, teaching style is complimented by his vast knowledge of the contact sport and makes you feel at ease, very quickly. Everything is broken down in a manner that is easy to understand and apply, regardless of your level. He also helped me through my struggles by providing effective stretches for hips, which I benefitted from quite rapidly.

I have recently continued my journey with Danielle by starting 121 sessions in Kickboxing with her, now that I have had my baby. She is approachable and relatable on many aspects of life, and I have a lot of fun during my sessions so far. Her approach to teaching is similar to Ian's; informative and easy to understand, which is due to her growing confidence.

These two people can change your life for the better. All you have to do, is put in the hard work and they will guide you through your journey and support you with anything you need. It has been a pleasure working with IDeal over the years and I am so thankful for the help and support I have received from them for far.

I've been fortunate to work with both sides of IDeal Fitness & Nutrition and can whole heartily say it's great! I worked with Dani when I started my journey with nutrition and she was great at adapting my vegetarian diet to follow a very successful weight loss program that felt like a breeze with her support. I now continue to work with Ian doing Fitness and Kickboxing and come rain or shine he's there ready to help me work on a variety of different combat skills. Having a healthy well balanced diet can improve many things in your life. Physical and mental health being the main two things. The better your nutrition, the more energy you have to put into life and your chosen workouts which in turn leads to a better mental state and better cardiovascular health. A good diet can also reduce and/or prevent the side effects of many health probelms.

We provide in person and online fitness programs, all designed with your goals in mind.
