Do NOT book this company. They may be cheap but do not be fooled. Never has the saying "you get what you pay for" been more accurate.

I booked an end of tenancy clean for a Sunday morning. I arrived on time but the cleaner never showed up because apparently: "the cleaner did not have internet connection yesterday and did not receive the property's address, which was sent to them by skype". What kind of excuse is that!?
After a few minutes of waiting, I tried to repeatedly phone the "head office" on the two phone numbers listed on an email signature from the booking confirmation. Despite the claim of office hours from 8:30 on Sundays, neither phone number was operated. In the end, I managed to get through to someone on the phone via a surrogate website "www.london-professional-cleaning.co.uk" but they were very unhelpful and kept pushing back the time they could get a replacement cleaner to me - first it was 10am, then 11am, then 2pm, then i was told to try a different cleaning company. This person only picked up the phone to me when she felt like it; on average one out of 3 tries. She kept telling me that she would phone be back when had arranged a time for the cleaner to arrive, but didn't once. I had to keep trying to phone back.

I lost a big chunk of my deposit because of you and wasted my whole morning. It is a disgrace.

Don't clean at all, not equipped and more interested in things you want to throw away during your move than to do their job properly.
Don't waste your time and pick professional cleaners, not crooks!! More...
