Such an excellent tutoring service! My son attended for a few months this year. He was drastically below where he should have been and we were worried he’d be left behind in secondary school.

I took my 5 year old daughter here for a free assessment following her end of year school report. My husband and I were very pleased that we were given honest feedback by Howard, who was thorough and professional. We were dubious as to whether or not our daughter’s abilities might be played down to encourage us to pay for future sessions, but I am delighted that this was not the case at all. We really appreciated this honesty, and I would absolutely recommend the free assessment to get objective feedback on how your child is performing academically. My son came to Love to Learn when he was struggling with his maths. They did an assessment on him to see where he was at and basically went right back to teach him the foundation basics of maths which helped my son tremendously. My 7 year old started a few months ago as she was behind in maths - we tried teaching at home with the help of her school teacher but she wasn't getting it and lacked confidence. Ive seen a huge difference in her already, she enjoys the maths homework, and happily completes it alone. Although we haven't been with I love to learn long I wouldn't go anywhere else and will be sending both of my children here in the years leading up to their gcse's later on in their school life. Our daughter started with Love to learn several months ago to support her with her Maths. We are so pleased with her progress so far. Our Son originally started a year ago (yr 3) to assist with his handwriting but he also has an appetite for learning, especially maths. He went from 'needing improvement' with his handwriting to becoming first in his class to receive a pen licence :-). He still attends weekly as he enjoys coming here and its a great way to stay on top of his learning getting that one on one time that schools just simply cannot provide. When I was looking for extra tuition for my two children I looked at tutors that would come to our home because I wanted the personal touch, but then worried that the children wouldn’t have the focus of a classroom environment. Then I discovered I Love to Learn and found that they provide the perfect combination of a focused learning environment with professionals that really care. What also really appealed to me is the focus on making learning fun again as both of my children were really struggling and had really lost the enjoyment of learning. Well the difference in them both has been phenomenal. They look forward to their I Love to Learn sessions and homework is no longer a battle. Both of their classroom teachers have commented on their improved attitude and ability across the board. I have two children who are 6 & 8 going to the fareham love to learn setting and wow they absolutely love going! They can't wait till its Tuesday and have even said they would love to go everyday.
