I London Vip Chauffeur Limited

London VIP is consistently excellent.  From the very first time I reached out to them, they are incredibly responsive and reliable.  Even very late at night, Michael will respond to email inquiries very promptly - sometimes just a minute or two later.  You can book online, but Michael will also book on your behalf through email which is easier for more complicated trips (i.e. those that require multiple stops, waiting etc).  We use London VIP for trips from London that will take a few hours (i.e. Midlands or further) and every time, they are early, text upon arrival (but will not keep asking where you are, a common issue with some car services) and will pull up directly in front of your door if you need it.  Drivers always help with bags (including very heavy ones!) and have always been courteous, polite and helpful.  We travel for medical reasons as my wife is disabled and very ill, and London VIP has always been very kind about this - accepting but never intrusive, accommodating and understanding, including when we've had to reschedule or cancel trips due to unforeseen issues.  They will stop the car if and whenever you need it, and when waiting for you, they will stay nearby and pick you up very quickly when you are ready.  The cars are very nice, sleek, clean, quiet and comfortable.  There is always plenty of bottled water.  A/C in the cars we've used is adjustable by passengers and has been very effective.  The journey is generally quiet (little outside noise), safe and smooth, the drivers familiarize themselves with where they are going and take the most efficient route to get there.  They will also give you a departure time if you have a specific time you need to get somewhere, that allows for traffic and other issues so you can avoid being late.  Overall, excellent, above-and-beyond customer service and we're very grateful to have found this company.  We will continue to use them for our travel and they far exceed any other car services/car hire we've used in the UK. I arranged transportation to pick up my boss at Heathrow airport and drop him off at his hotel in the heart of London.  I finally had a chance to ask him how things went with London VIP Chauffeur.  He said they were great!  The driver had ice cold water and juice available and the car was nice and clean.  I also used this company to pick him up to bring him back to the airport a few days later.  Another person in my office also arranged for this same company to make the same arrangements for some of her bosses who were also traveling into town for a conference.  All in all we are very pleased with them and will definitely use them again for any other conferences we have in the future.  Thank you so much for making his transportation such a pleasant experience. I'm writing to say an enormous thank you to Michael at London VIP Chauffeur for taking both my young men to their Prom in such style. I used this car service this evening and back in 2016. Both times, I was able to book the car very easily and Michael took the stress out of the events by patiently answering all my questions and easily put my mind at rest. One of the trips I took with them was from the airport to a place I was staying and my flight was delayed for 3 hours. I had no signal so couldn't contact him but the driver kept himself informed on my flight, he waited and was at the gate regardless of the delay.
