What do you love most about your job?
Working for our clients! We aren't trying to get people to sign up to our service using promises we can't keep. Other debt recovery agencies charge "up-front" or "membership" fees. Once you have paid this fee, the debt collector loses interest in pursuing your debt - they make more money concentrating their efforts in finding a new client to sign up.
We're different - we just charge commission. So if we collect the debt, we get paid. If the debt isn't collected (and sadly some debts simply won't ever be paid in some cases), we know at least it hasn't cost our client anything!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to bring our expertise, and our highly automated bespoke automation system to help people - whether it be small and medium sized businesses, consumers, or even large accounts payable departments - collect what is due!
