Hi, I’m Pauline Campbell, and Hypnotherapy Haven is run by me from my home in East Kilbride in a relaxed, informal and confidential atmosphere.

I strongly believe that it is possible to overcome the things in life that hold us back and create the life we want to have. Whether the problem is lack of motivation or self confidence, fears, phobias, stress, unwanted habits or not knowing which direction you want to take in life, I can help you see how the future can be, and help you in various ways to be able to feel better in the present and overcome any obstacles or achieve or plan any goals you may have. We all have within us the resources we need to be able to make our lives the way we want them to be, but sometimes we just need some help from someone with the right knowledge and expertise to help guide us there.
I have been practicing Hypnotherapy over 10 years and have helped many people in that time overcome various problems in their lives, allowing them to take control back, and enabling them to lead happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

My specialist experience is in fears and phobias, and using Hypnotherapy and NLP to combat this can make dramatic improvements to peoples lives. My interest in this area stems back over 25 years, well before I had even heard of Hypnotherapy, as a family member suffered panic attacks. It was my desire to find a solution to this debilitating condition that led me to read extensively on the subject and eventually to studying to become a Hypnotherapist. Having seen first hand just how much it can limit someone’s life, I fully understand the emotions the sufferer experiences and how alone and powerless they can sometimes feel. Therapy helps give them back control of their lives, as well as their physical and emotional reactions.
