What do you love most about your job?
We love working with individuals and teams to find and deliver solutions to what may have appeared to be insurmountable problems. We are passionate about enabling the talent that businesses and individuals already possess. We are always happy to deliver the solution ourselves if that suits our needs but we are also love working with existing staff to train and coach them to deliver the solution themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Over the last 30 years there have been countless times that I would have liked to turn to a subject matter expert for help but they either did not exist or were too expensive. As a result I found myself becoming a subject matter expert in my own right for a range of key areas. It finally made sense to offer others the support that I would have loved.
Why should our clients choose you?
My aim is to make myself dispensable. I don't want to deliver a solution that makes you dependent on me. Repeat business because you have a new challenge that you believe I can help with is my business model. If you continue to need me for a problem or challenge that we first addressed together several months ago then I would view this as a failure. That is why Hyphen Blue Ltd offers you a guarantee that if you are not entirely happy with our delivery then you can pause your payments and only resume paying when you agree that we are back on track to deliver the agreed objectives.
