If the head height is 2.2 meters once the floor has been raised 150 mm above the external ground level.
All walls, floors, and roof are in good condition.

Advise local council building authority of your plans.
Infill garage door with an A-Rated UPVC double glazed and insulated walls (Brick or Block and render) on a new foundation (size to be confirmed by building control).
Walls that are below ground level are to be insulated and framed out with new joists.
External walls to be dry lined and insulated to meet correct u value
Ceilings are to be insulated and plasterboard
