Poor service and no reply to an email asking for a refund. Unfortunately, I received a call stating that the service I had booked was incorrect (despite the fact I called the company before I booked to ensure everything was correct) and that I would have to be charged more money, or not receive any service at all. Seeing as we had bookings for the evening and the contact was relatively late notice, we decided to pay for the more expensive service. The inability to pay by card was very inconvenient and we had to take out more cash for the trip home. Despite paying this higher price, our driver arrived 10 minutes late. we expected. He stated that he had been double vaccinated and so was not going to wear a mask, which made us feel unsafe considering the rapidly rising cases of COVID-19. Moreover, the car smelled of cigarette smoke, the conversation was inappropriate and we were told on the way home that he had recently been made homeless, which further made us question our safety. Can I just say that I used hunts taxis for the first time yesterday 11/01/19. To take my daughter and grandson from Huntingdon to St Neots. I was very impressed by the whole experience. When i called to book the journey the operator took time to get the details right. The taxi arrived on time. The driver actually waited until my daughter had secured her 3 year old before moving off. I thought that was a small but very considerate thing to do, but it was noticed. 10/10. My daughter told me that the journey was a very pleasant experience. The driver delivered a smooth and comfortable journey compared to the wanna be F1 pilots of another company. Just because the car is red doesn't make it a Ferrari!! My daughter said that the driver didn't get lost or need directions, and didn’t drive like a maniac like other companies and for that alone she said she would give 5 stars. First time user but can’t recommend highly enough. Great service from lady on booking to really friendly driver. Price quoted was what I paid and most importantly they said they would be 15 minutes and they were on time !!!! Well done guys.

Used hunts taxti today service was lovely finished worked 10 I was a bit delayed coming out and told them I'll try be quick they told me not to rush don't worry Driver was lovely made me laugh and was good with conversation I'll be using them from now and will recommend them to anyone needing a taxti
