Hunters Estate Agents Stephen and Richard went above and beyond to ensure we ended up in our dream house. Our Sale fell at a few hurdles and looked like we would lose our house but Richard and Stephen made sure that they found a new buyer and we were back on track. Solicitors caused normal problems pushing for the completion date and then slowing down when it came to actually pushing it over the line,but with Richard and Stephen in our corner we felt at ease that we weren't just another number on the books but we actually mattered. Excellent service from start to finish! We had a few issues in the chain and they helped iron those out quickly and efficiently without upsetting anyone. Really professional service from them all. Extremely persistant and great at getting the job done ! Photos are high quality and Ella is amazing at getting the best from your home. They went above and beyond in communicating through the chain. When my brothers and I needed to sell our fathers property we contacted several estate agents in the area to compare services. Some didn’t bother to turn up, the others were quite dismissive because of the condition of the property. Adam from Hunters was the exception. He looked at the property, gave (free!) advise on some of the options we might like to consider and, because we weren’t from the area, even recommended a builder that they used for their various jobs. I cannot thank or praise Adam (and therefore Hunters) enough for his honesty and impartial advise. I have proven time and time again that Hunters of Ellesmere Port are a trustworthy agency who will strive to help both tenant and landlord alike, nothing is too much trouble for them.The fees charged are very reasonable with costs being kept to a minimum.Due to this, I have often convinced owners to switch agency and never ever had a complaint at doing so.One major factor with Hunters is they will not take shortcuts or turn blind eye to a problem when reviewing a property if it is not right the landlord is told and advised on a fix.
