I offer cakes focused on taste, unique design, and catering for any allergy or intolerance.

In my opinion, if it doesn't taste nice, don't bother having it. I think that a lot of the time style comes at the expense of taste - how many times have you been to a party or wedding and people barely have any cake, or if they do, the hard layer of fondant icing over the top gets scraped to the side of the plate and into the bin?

That is why I specialise in hand iced buttercream cakes. My speciality is doing buttercream 'paintings', where I use icing as my paints and can recreate photos, characters, landscapes, etc.

I also love making little sculptures out of sugar paste for decoration, but I never fully cover the cake as frankly you would be paying for a large amount of flavourless sugar to be scraped into the bin by most people. My sugar decorations however can be kept as a memento as they dry, if you don't feel like chomping down on a lump of sugar. Maybe you do. I am a mom. We've all been there.

I just need an idea from you - no matter how wild - and I can make it into some type of design. It could be as straightforward as a favourite film character, or as abstract as a treasured memory. Together we can come up with a design that I sketch out for your approval.

Something which is key to my business is being able to cater for any kind of allergy or intolerance. I am allergic to peanuts, my family members are pretty much all allergic to something, and by best friend is a coeliac. I take your needs seriously just as I would expect to be treated.
