I give H Spring photography 5 stars because their level of customer service is excellent. i wasnt waiting forever to be seen, and for the full session booked the photographer made me feel welcome and comfortable. Within 3 working days of taking my photos i was able to view my digital pictures and select the ones i wanted. When we first got in touch with Hailey we had just been let down by our wedding photographer with 3 months to go until the big day, in fact it was the best thing that could have happened! The moment we met I felt comfortable, she even made my grumpy husband smile! On the day itself I didn't even notice 2 photographers there they felt like guests and even in the posed shots everyone felt at ease and they all commented on how lovely the girls were. We have just got our photos back and they are AMAZING, not altered or photoshopped in anyway and everybody looks great!

You are planning a Wedding, and a “Two Boys”wedding to complicate things more, of course you need a photographer, so you Google it. WoW a lot of wedding photographers out there, all promising you wonderful photos. And you only have one shot(see what I did there) pressure or what, remember Gay Wedding.You have to make a choice, and Boy did we hit the jackpot. It was their, “we create moments” that caught our eye, we are not young, did I just write that, so we wanted Moments, Memories and Magic for our friends and family to share later. Hailey and her team delivered above and beyond with this, from day one to the extraordinary after care. Iconic shots, unexpected snaps capturing the very essence of that Day. It is very difficult to write a review for Hailey; I could not believe it we found the perfect much for our wedding. Our pictures capture the emotions of the day and what really really wanted. I can't thank you all enough for such a wonderful day! From the beginning consultation with Hailey, We left excited that we had found a photographer with such a great personality. We booked to have two phtoographers for six hours which ended up more than enough time to get all we wanted. On the day we had Andrew with our grooms who my now husband said was just like one of the guys. Hailey was with us from the morning. It was lovely having a female photographer for the getting ready bit. Felt so comfortable. Throughout the day ! My guests kept complimenting how lovely they both were. They fit in so well, my friend actually thought they were freinds of mine!On our personalised app, our photographs were ready in just 5 days, even though we were initially told a week! We were able to hide all the morning photos wedidnt want to be seen before the link was sent to our guests also. The end prints were great too. It took us ages to pickwhich ones we wanted printed because there were soo many nice ones but ince we decided, everything was delivered to us in about 10 days. I can't recommend them enough! My partner and I received a Groupon gift of a photoshoot for Christmas (2015) as we mentioned we do not have many pictures together with our 6 month old son. I was dreading it because I shy away from cameras and, all the photos I have seen from photoshoots elsewhere have been really cheesy and false looking. Thankfully my concerns was dispelled with Hailey. The session was fun, natural and she did not ask us to pose once! She was patient, engaging, down-to-Earth and, as a result, the session was fun.We were really happy with the photographs and ended up purchasing more than the Groupon deal included because we couldn't decided which we wanted out of the fantastic ones Hailey took.Thanks Hailey for a fun photoshoot, for the lovely memories from that day and for the excellent images we now treasure and look at often. We found Charlotte our photographer to be competent, even if during our family photoshopt we basically organised ourselves and told her what we wanted! There was a delay with one of the prints being produced but the studio gave us a complimentary key ring by way of thanks, which I thought was a very nice gesture. Fantastic day with Hailey. I have al large family and Hailey was very patient and engaging and made us all feel comfortable. The family photo shoot took place in February so the changing facilities were a little cold. Our photographer Hayley was lovely always smiling. She was very interactive and engaging and tried to make the experience a comfortable one Numerous photos were taken with many poses and we managed two outfits. Booked from an offer on facebook. We arrived for our photo shoot with two young children to be greated by polite and helpful staff. They used good strategies with our 3 year old daughter to encourage her to relax and have fun. BRILLIANT!!I had a session with Hailey and i've got to say I had so much fun!
