What do you love most about your job?
People! We are really passionate about HR and about helping and protecting our clients.
There's nothing more rewarding than dealing with a difficult situation for a business owner & resolving it, or taking the pressure of handling HR matters (whether it's an incident or day to day HR admin/operations)
We deal with all industries too, from bakeries to nursing homes, manufacturing to osteopaths so it's really varied & that's great.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started the business when my youngest child was born (off to high school this time!) as I was fed up with long hours and commuting.
The hours stayed long for a while but I love the flexibility of working for myself and now have a team of 6 supporting our clients both on and off site.

We are all fully qualified, very experienced and business savvy professionals who are there to help, protect and advise. We'll talk you through any risks we see and discuss how you want to handle them for the best possible outcome.
We also have great back office support so can really take the pressure off when it comes to policies and procedures, contracts, new starters etc - our retained service means you can use us as your HR Department.
Retained support packages start at just £50 per month too, so we are accessible and affordable.
First Aid training
All courses delivered, from one day Emergency First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid, 3 day courses, AED training etc. We have courses running regularly and can also deliver them at your premises if you have 5+ delegates.
Management Development Training
We have a suite of sessions from first line supervisor, assertiveness, leadership and management and customer service training - all available to be delivered at an off site venue or your premises. You can have individual sessions or a course to suit your business.
Retained HR Support
Starting at only £50 per month our retained support gives you a HR Department at a fraction of the cost. Documents, letters, policies, contracts etc, and access to our HR Consultants for advice & guidance on any people issues.
Ad Hoc HR Support
Need a one off document, or got a project to do? Recruiting and want HR support at interviews? Disciplinary to handle, or redundancies to deal with? Whatever your need, we can help whether it's remotely on phone/email, or by your side
